Healthy Eating Guide

By Nancy Montgomery and Linda J. Moore, MPH
CONSUMER HEALTH INTERACTIVE

It would be a lot easier to eat a healthy diet if we could remember how many servings of the basic food groups we should have per day. And what makes up a serving, anyway? If you find it hard to keep track of what you should be eating, print out our Healthy Eating Guide. Not only does it tell you how many servings of what you should aim for each day, it tells you what's in a typical serving. What's more, it gives you a sample day's menu and a list of foods and ingredients you should avoid to stay in top health.
