How do I register?
Go straight to the registration page by clicking on the "Register" link in the myhealth LOGIN box, which is on the home page. Or, you can click on any "Register" button you see on any of the other pages on the site. Once you're there, just fill out the form and select the Submit button.
What do I get when I register?
Registration entitles you to free email newsletters that arrive weekly or monthly in your inbox with the health news you care about. As a registered user, you also can personalize the home page based on the topics you're interested in. Additionally, you have access to the Health Assessments feature, which evaluates your overall fitness and lists your personal risk factors for heart disease, obesity, and diabetes -- and what steps you can take to improve your health.
How can I get personalized health information?
When you register, you'll see a list of topics grouped under each of our main categories. You can check the topics you're most interested in. The next time you return to the home page, you'll see teasers for features in the categories from which you selected topics. If you sign up for the email newsletter, we'll also tell you what's new each week in each of the topics you chose.
My personal page doesn't come up when I go to the site. What's going on?
Your computer may not have saved your "cookie." Just log in again, and your personal topics and reminders should appear on the home page.

You're probably using an outdated browser. The site will perform best if you use Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher; this is true for most sites. If your version is older than 3.0, we suggest you upgrade directly to 4.0 or higher. Click here for Netscape upgrades. Click here for Internet Explorer upgrades.

Once you're on the registration page, make changes by checking or unchecking the boxes next to each topic; when you're done, scroll to the bottom of the page and hit "submit."

Once you're on the registration page, type in your new email address, then scroll to the bottom of the page and hit "submit."
How do I change my username?

I forgot my password or username. What should I do?
If you can't remember your password while logging in, just enter your username, leave the password field blank, and hit "submit." You can also end your subscription by replying to an e-mail newsletter. Please be sure to type the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line and include the full text of the newsletter in your reply.
